has gloss	jpn: 領有（りょうゆう）とは、領土などを自国、自分のものであるとすること。とくにこの領有という言葉は、自分のものであるという主張を意味し、領土編入の際、早い者勝ちというのが大半である。しかし、一番早く領有したとしても、領土問題に発展したり、あるいは、紛争の大きな原因と指摘されている。条約などの取り決めによって領土が画定されていない時などの場合を言う。
