has gloss	rus: Алеутско-медновский язык (медновский язык) — язык алеутов острова Медный. Им владеют не более 5 алеутов (2004, оценка), живущих в России в селе Никольском на острове Беринга. До конца 1960-х гг. носители алеутско-медновского языка жили в селе Преображенском на острове Медный (одном из Командорских островов), откуда были против своей воли переселены на остров Беринга в одно село с алеутами, говорящими на алеутском языке. Носители называют свой язык алеутским, но чтобы не смешивать алеутско-медновский язык с диалектами алеутского языка, учёными было предложено название «алеутско-медновский язык».
