has gloss	zho: 立法會是中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的立法機構。第四屆立法會共有60個議席，60位議員經於2008年9月7日的選舉產生。當中，分區直接選舉和功能界別選舉分別選出30位議員。紅色及綠色分別表示親建制派及泛民主派，而無顏色則為兩派以外之立法會議員。不過，親建制派及泛民主派僅為一大概分類，並不代表同一派別議員只有單一取態；於重大事項（如行政長官及立法會產生辦法修改）中的投票取態可視為分類的依據。
